By registering for and/or attending the Evolve Immersion Retreat (October 2025, Miami) you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing a ticket or applying for a scholarship.
Your spot is confirmed only after full payment has been processed.
Tickets are non-transferable without written consent from the organizers.
Scholarship applicants must wait for approval before accessing discounted or free entry.
All sales are final and non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your ticket to another person by emailing [email protected] at least 7 days before the event.
In the unlikely case that the event is canceled by the organizers, you will receive a full refund of the ticket price paid.
The retreat schedule may be adjusted due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., facilitator changes, weather conditions).
The organizers reserve the right to make modifications while maintaining the overall quality of the experience.
By attending, you acknowledge that participation in activities such as movement, breathwork, and hypnosis involves personal responsibility for your health.
Please inform facilitators of any medical conditions beforehand.
The organizers are not liable for injuries, accidents, or health issues that may occur.
By participating, you release 8evolve INC, its facilitators, and partners from any liability for personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during the event.
The retreat may be recorded or photographed for promotional purposes.
By attending, you grant permission to use your image unless you notify us in writing before the event.
Respect towards facilitators, staff, and fellow participants is required at all times.
The organizers reserve the right to remove any attendee who behaves disruptively, without refund.
